• Includes initial visit with inspection and clean out using a flushing agent
• Client must have cabinets, drawers, sinks, and countertops empty prior to inspection
• Evaluation visit 2 weeks after the initial visit
• Monthly visits thereafter
• Treatments to cracks and crevices are included, plus monitoring station inspections
• May include applications of baits, liquids, dusts, and/or other non-chemical methods as needed

• Initial visit includes inspection for possible entry points
• Perimeter bait stations are setup around the exterior of the property
• Traps or glue boards may be setup inside as needed
